FleetOrdering.com helps visitors research, plan and request assistance with Ford vehicles and commercial fleets. Information you provide

What we receive depends on the form or service you use. You may provide your name, company, job title, email address, phone number, mailing or business address, and the details of your question or request.

Vehicle and fleet forms may ask about Ford models, model year, configuration, intended use, mileage, towing or payload needs, upfits, fleet size, delivery timing, financing or leasing interests, and a Ford FIN Code if you choose to provide one. Some forms allow you to upload a vehicle build or other document. Please do not include Social Security numbers, payment card details or other sensitive financial information in a general inquiry or uploaded file.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, the signup form may request your email address, name and company. Information you enter into an on-page calculator or selector is used to show a result; if you also submit a related contact form, the information in that submission is handled as described here.

The site currently uses WordPress with Hostinger hosting, SureForms and Forminator for website forms, and Hostinger Reach for newsletter signup. A newsletter form embedded from Hostinger Reach may collect information directly through that provider. We do not sell or rent information submitted through this site to third parties for their own marketing.
